We will gladly accept returns in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (e.g. retro card, original shoe laces, etc.) We accept returns only if in processing your order an incorrect color, size or model is sent.

When returning you must contact our customer service within 2 days of the original date of delivery to receive an Returning Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return address. We ask that all items be shipped via a method that can be tracked so you know when we have received your item back. Returns without RMA # will not be accepted. You are responsible for all shipping charges to return items back to us.

Yes, ships Internationally. We will ship to most countries on the globe. However, we reserve the right to refuse and refund any order if we are unable to ship to that location.

We ask that our North American customers allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive via standard shipping. However, in our experience, most North American orders arrive in 7 business days or less. For International destinations, delivery times will vary depending on your location.

All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, it will be held at your local postal outlet until you are able to pick-up and sign for the package.

We ask that you place your order with at least 14 business days of lead time if you are ordering a gift especially during the holiday season.

When a confirmation for your payment is cleared, (usually 24-48 hours) your order will processed by our shipping department where we will label and ship your order to your confirmed address. Domestic United States, Canadian, United Kingdom and French addresses must be your confirmed or verified billing address with your Credit Card company. We DO NOT SHIP to unconfirmed addresses in order to protect ourselves from fraud.

If you wish to have an item shipped to an address other than that listed with your Credit Card company, please contact them and have this address added to your account before you place your order with us. Once your order has been shipped you will immediately receive an email confirmation of the shipment. Tracking information for the order is usually available immediately but can take up to 48 hours to show with USPS or your local carrier.

For a limited time, shipping costs are included for all orders that are delivered to North American addresses. International orders will be calculated for customers at the checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail services or DHL depending your location and shipping service selected.
